Mark Duggan, a 29 year old father from Tottenham, was ruled "lawfully Killed" by a jury on 8th January 2014 even though when he was shot by police, he was not found to be carrying a gun. He was shot and killed in August 2011 in an incident which sparked wide scale uprisings in the Black communities in the UK. On the 11th January, his family and supporters held a peace vigil outside Tottenham Police Station, where the officers who killed him operated from. JetBlakInk™ team, with presenter LC Kwanzaa, went up north to do a little investigating of our own... This is our report.
