The second installment in The Oomun Group's mini-series on how not to leave people to freeze to death on the same streets we throw up all over. The series documents a group of caretakers (or 'squatters' as they're referred to as in the UK) trying to find a shelter for winter in which to provide the community with christmas dinner and an abundance of other free services. However, they keep getting thrown on the streets. This particular group of guardians are particularly interesting. Known as The Camden Mothership Collective, they are a group of highly qualified, experienced electricians, meditators, engineers, ethnobotanists, chefs, computer technicians and the list is endless. There central campaign message: If there's 1.5 million empty buildings n the UK(and rising), then no-one should be homeless. However, homelessness is soaring up by around 37% in England alone. So with that said...What is the truth about 'squatters'?
