Marc Ramirez’s family were plagued by diabetes, diagnosed himself in 2002 he was told by his doctor that he’d need to take medication for the rest of his life. After hearing about the benefits of a whole food plant-based diet in 2011, Marc and his wife Kim decided to give it a go. His health and their sex life haven’t been the same since.
