Climate change is fucking up Brother Earth's atmosphere, and he's not feeling it. Feat. Boots Riley and Josh Healey.
From Sept 17-24, 2014, the United Nations is convening world leaders in New York for its latest summit on climate change. Unfortunately, this summit looks to be another step towards the corporate takeover of the UN climate negotiations and the privatization of our land, water, and air.
The good news is: politicians aren’t the only people with big plans for New York this week.
Tens of thousands of people from across the U.S. and beyond are converging in New York to confront the corporate and economic systems that are causing the climate crisis. Join the global movement to attack the root causes of the climate crisis. Build an economy based on justice and sustainability. Change the system, not the climate.
Do it for Brother Earth. Do it for your own brothers and sisters. Do it for yourself.
Help a brother out.
Fight for climate justice!
This week in New York and every day across the country:
