Biden Vs Trump. Warren Vs Bernie. Red Vs. Blue. Me Vs. You.

Turn on the TV, open a social media feed, and what do you find? Scandals in the Ukraine, with arguments over whose dirty hands are more at fault. Outrage over celebrities chumming up to "rehabilitated," unprosecuted war criminals. Strategic polling and "reporting" that dishonestly attempts to frame our election choices for us. And nonstop political posturing seeming intent on distracting and dividing all of us up.

This is what happens when both "our" political parties are just purchasable platforms for different (invariably corrupt) factions of the fairly sociopathic top few percent- mostly business management types and their corporate lawyers. By just pointing fingers at each other for crimes they're equally guilty of, the majority struggles on without a recognizable shred of actual representation in either common goals or policy needs.

American voters are the crowds in stands watching their designated sports team perform against the other. Are they acting? Do they really mean it? Well... that depends on the season and the players. But both sides are aware they have to keep it convincing, or at least spend enough on hype to justify the motions and outcomes. Which is where we are at today with Impeachmentgate; universal unrest has forced an early show.

All they have to offer is shell games and new patsy representatives carrying billionaire-funded religions to believe in. Hillary's loss and Trump's supposed "anti-establishment" win shows that Bernie's support isn't about a candidacy, but a movement being focused on one man. One remarkably inconvenient political figure, far above their normalized low bars. So the rich must risk everything now to actively bury him, and Us.

When Bernie talks about taking on an entire moneyed political and economic establishment, this is exactly what he means. The networks will do their damndest to make sure nobody who watches their broadcast can get the idea that he is setting historic fundraising records, nor will admit that his plans speak to every one of our shared issues. They're insulated, entrenched in party money, dedicated to pushing divisive narratives.

Bernie's our opt-out clause. That's not just rhetoric; it's actually provable in every way imaginable, by every metric. He's a lifelong Independent. He refuses the lure of big corporate donors, running his campaign directly off his massive collective of individual voters. We're using truly democratic dollars to counteract an unfair paid-to-pass law claiming "corporations are people and money is free speech." And we're winning.

With each new set of policies offered and counter-offered, we're watching an incredible, historic battle being waged. Too many people are desperate, too many got jaded, far too many have abandoned both parties yet continue to suffer from them equally. Things are fundamentally, obviously broken here. Most people under 50 have figured out that real answers can't be found in Pelosi's establishment Democrats, nor Trump's Republicans.

Running America like a modern business demonstrably only enriches its "management" at the expense of us, their employees. That's not representation. Legalized or not, that's the corruption Trump pledged to eliminate, instead only replacing one swamp with another while being even more brazen about serving the 1%. Each party has devolved into using justified hatred of the other to win votes while still benefiting, win or lose.

Every Sanders plan is partisan neutral. Every one is designed to empower Us while ending the billionaires' free reign over our laws, lives and resources. His supporters identify as being from every political demographic, and he welcomes instead of ridiculing them- because he knows we're all in this together. Manufactured schadenfreude cannot be enough of a reason to keep blindly supporting this paid status quo soap opera division.

Bernie's the most trusted politician in the country. He's proved that trustworthiness with half a decade of consistency and fair play. He's asking that we focus on policies that help you, me and our kids. Maybe it's time we make our own choices, without the "guidance" of media CEO strategists? Maybe it's time to stop fighting over who's less bad, and unite in overdue agreement that neither are acceptable to us anymore?

Biased infotainment isn't News. Let's tune out the noise and turn up at the voting booths this primary. Let's take our country back- all of us- and stop letting this duopoly charade of fake democracy continue. It's time We the People from every walk of life and every way of thinking say together, loud and clear, enough is enough. We're nobody's pawns, and can no longer leave our futures in the hands of the elites' sports games.

Come together. Rise up. It's up to us now. Let's take it upon ourselves to make America a great democratic country genuinely worth being proud of.
