What Is Consciousness ?

Most scientists today believe consciousness is an emergent property of the brain, yet if you look deep enough into this assumption, you will find that it is physically impossible.
At least not with the current knowledge we have in physics.
This insight was termed by the philosopher, David Chalmers: "The hard problem of consciousness".
The first half of this video explains the hard problem of consciousness with a simple method, so it is understandable to almost anyone.

Furthermore, by exploring consciousness using self-observation and some logical thinking we can reach some unusual understandings about the nature of consciousness.
It explains the basic unity we all share with each other and with every other sentient beings. This is explained in the second half of the video.
