Officer Lisa Mearkle "Not" Guilty of Shooting Unarmed David Kassick in Back.

Officer Lisa Mearkle pulled David Kassick, 59, over for an expired inspection and emission tag. When he fled the scene, Mearkle tased Kassick twice to the ground and then shot him twice in the back. He was unarmed. Mearkle was just found not guilty.
