Anonymous sources close to Harris and Phil Gordon, her most trusted foreign policy advisor, say Gordon views Biden’s Israel policy as a failure and suggests Harris would consider conditioning aid to Israel and wants to “challenge” Israel more “directly” if she’s elected as president.
