Why is the British government still selling arms to Saudi Arabia, when they could be used on civilians in Yemen? That's the question posed by a group of a lawyers who've produced a report for Amnesty International. The Foreign Office insists that the UK has one of the "most rigorous and transparent arms control regimes in the world."
