Daniel, The Backer Who Reinvented His Work To Be Free !

Daniel was 3 years old when he begin to make bread. As soon as posible, he works in a backery.

At 24, he was fed up by the "backery's goulag", making baguette all day long. He goes back to school and learn another work... before to come back to his first love.

There is 30 years Daniel reinvented his work. He's working only 2 days a week. He says that sell bread is as much time as make it, so he let the money box to his clients. As a result he save 2 days a week !

And during the rest of the time, he enjoys his others passions : gardening, playing music, and much more !
