Beloved teacher, activist, and Zen Buddhist master, Thich Nhat Hanh, has died peacefully at 95.
I first discovered Thich Nhat Hanh's writings when I was 23. Teachings On Love changed my life and was a huge inspiration for the creation of Films For Action. His teachings on compassionate and love-centered activism remain a core pillar of my philosophy and the philosophy of FFA. He's been a spiritual father and a mentor for me ever since, and will continue to live on in me and millions of others.
Rest in love, dear brother! Thank you for all the light you brought into this world.
Deep bow.
Below are some of my favorite writings and videos by him, from our library.
