THE BIG FIX follows filmmakers Josh and Rebecca Tickell (FUEL, FREEDOM) as they investigate corporate and government malfeasance in the 2010 BP Gulf oil spill. From the root causes to the use of the highly toxic chemical dispersant COREXIT, the film exposes the biggest corporate bad boys and the government’s complicity in this tragic assault on the planet. “The Big Fix is a damning indictment of a system of government led by a powerful and secretive oligarchy that puts the pursuit of profit over all other human and environmental needs.” Cannes Film Festival Cosponsored by Kansas City-Move to Amend, Sierra Club-Thomas Hart Benton Group, Sierra Club-Kanza Group, MoveOn-Johnson County and All Souls Unitarian Universalist Church.
