Young people today are discovering the activists of their grandparents' and great grandparents' generation. Celebrate women's freedom to vote.

Edna Buckman Kearns (1882-1934) was a suffrage activist on Long Island and New York City. Her suffrage campaign wagon is in the New York State Museum in Albany, NY and it is the inspiration for a news channel about the suffrage movement and how it inspires people today to make necessary change in our world. This video (less than a minute) is part of the collection of Suffrage Wagon News Channel. Music by Kevin MacLoud.
