The Pan African Express tells the story of six young men from Morehouse College in Atlanta, Georgia who visit South Africa for the first time, trying to understand the lives of people living with HIV/Aids by learning how various NGO’s are assisting with process of educating the public about the HIV/AIDS crisis. The film emphasizes an Afro-centric education system that involves outreach programmes for students to Africa itself in order to entrench the idea of an African value system within the Western world where more and more black people find themselves dislocated from the African continent.
