How the World Went Mad is a five-part animated docuseries that combines satire and science to explore the wave of political insanity sweeping the globe.

The series premiered at Sheffield Doc/Fest 2018 and is now available to watch on Amazon.

The series was written, directed, and voiced by Rupert Russell, and earned him a spot on the shortlist for the Cannes Lions Young Director Award in 2019.
