This year, my friends and I are taking on a huge project. We're going to try to build our own houses on land that we bought this summer.
After almost 5 years of research and almost two years of actually working on a natural house, I think my friends and I are ready to incorporate natural building techniques and philosophies to escape our current housing predicament. We're going to try to build small houses as affordably as possible, primarily using materials that come straight from the ground like clay, straw, sand, etc.
