Bringing Anxiety to the Light!

By King Gabriel Quincy Collymore / filmsforaction.org

In the depths of Our being, there is so much Greatness, that it is sometimes very hard to entertain the notion that the expression of this Greatness, can sometimes be scrutinized and seen as insufficient by the standards of others. This becomes Our concern during the state known as anxiety. Regarding people and situations, it is usually associated with the possibility of failure.

Failure itself is only possible in a state of comparison and judgement. So though We may not want to be honest with Ourselves, and confess that this was the origin of this situation,We must have enacted those two mechanisms in order to have anxiety enter the picture.
It does not need to be this way. If We are capable of exercising a greater degree of focus on the thoughts, and visions that we are fostering in Our minds, then We would see that anxiety is a self generated state, as are all other states, and We can then choose to address it at its source. We can then create a new state by re-ordering and refocusing Our thoughts deliberately.

This may not seem to be practical, or even possible from the commonly accepted present perspective, which has been programmed by the images that are freely offered by the media, other people's transmitted concerns and fears, and collective thoughts of failure, scarcity and limitation.

There is a method of dealing with anxiety, by realizing that all is truly One, and there is really no judgement but the judgement that We Ourselves, impart to the world, through Our observation of it. Therefore, the way to shift anxiety, is to judge the world as being united, and not as separate parts.

We achieve this in the Soul Seeing technique, developed by King Gabriel in the Absolute Realization Coaching and Healing, program and this can be applied with Great success in any situation.
