With big dreams to become a journalist and a pilot, two children from the slum must find a way to pursue their education in order to achieve their goals. The YCCM (Young County Change-Makers) is an organization in the Nyalenda Slum in Kisumu, Kenya, that provides support and guidance to help youth reach their full potential.
