"Second Chances -- Union Made," This documentary tells the story of former criminal gang members and prison inmates who became successful, productive workers through their participation in building trades apprenticeship programs in Los Angeles. The workers told how the programs not only provided them with important job skills, but also a sense of worth, belonging and brotherhood that was lacking earlier in their lives.
