We are so excited to be harvesting the Certified Organic Ginger this week!! It is always an interesting experience to grow something under the ground and wonder how it is doing. We are happy to say the results are looking really great and we should have no problem hitting our goal of 5000 kilos. Needless to say, we are in full swing with consuming large amounts of Ginger in our foods, teas, etc. It is such an amazing healing food and is also so easy to grow. We will be packing it all up at the end of harvest and then washing and preparing it for it's final destinations in Europe, Canada and the U.S. It feels really good to know we are able to offer this medicine to so many people around the world. Thanks for following us and please continue to support our movement to make the world a better place!!!
