This short film gives a poignant insight into the profound transformation of individuals - whom for whatever reason - have been drawn into lives of criminal activity, and have ended up imprisoned as a consequence. Breathe SMART is a powerful personal development program, with Sudarshan Kriya at its core - which is a powerful system of yogic breathing exercises-and has been specifically designed with prisoner rehabilitation in mind.
The film is set in Denmark, through the eyes of Jacob Lund, who is a Breathe SMART teacher in Copenhagen; and takes us on a journey into the Danish prison system, looks at a number of inmates who have taken the program, and follows their experiences and reflections as a result.
