Lawrence Food Coop First Meeting

Fri, Jan 27, 2012 7pm
1204 Oread Avenue, Lawrence, KS 66044

We are taking our first real steps towards starting a new food cooperative in East Lawrence. We felt that you may be interested in the discussion around building this new Lawrence original. If you are interested in working with us to achieve the goal of creating the East Lawrence food cooperative, community kitchen and/or community cannery, we would love to have you at our first official meeting. We want this to be a truly cooperative venture and as such we want to have input from all of the members as early as possible. We will be meeting, this Friday, January 27th at 7pm. We have a basic outline for a business plan but there are lots of ways that this cooperative could go and we want everyone to have a say in which path we take. Please Join us.
