If you are new to twitter or need a computer, please come early to start an account and check out a laptop with our team. The basic mechanism is a group content calendar which members may propose media content to be shared and re-posted on a specific date. Proposals are passed through modified consensus (Concerns->Resolutions->Standing Concerns backed by two members kills the proposal->super-majority=90% can override block). Members agree to participate in 2 of every 4 mediaShares that are not blocked. MediaShares consist of reposting the content at 1 hour intervals via all social media channels.
