On August 26th, the brave plaintiff couples who successfully challenged Indiana’s marriage ban last month will head back to court as the Chicago-based 7th Circuit Court of Appeals hears oral arguments in their landmark case. These courageous Hoosiers are putting their families front and center to win the freedom to marry. And they need to know, before they head into the next round of this fight, that we as a movement and a state have their backs.
