Verdant Connections Landscape Architecture, LLC and Artemesia Moviehouse Films For Action, Buy Local Reno Sparks and Green Business Chamber  are happy to present "The Greenhorns" as 2nd of the 2013 Films for Action series.

Three years ago, young farmer and activist Severine von Tscharner Fleming founded The Greenhorns, a non-profit organization comprised of young farmers, college-educated apprentices and their advocates. Severine founded The Greenhorns based on a fundamental need—to educate and recruit young farmers.

It is our intention to develop "Community Action Guides" to help us with taking action after viewing and discussing the film.
