‘Dit is een principezaak’

Opgezet door politie en justitie, met collaboratie van de mainstream media, om een wetgeving af te dwingen die burgerrechten beknotten !

Uitspraak strafonderzoek raadkamer (Rechtbank van eerste aanleg):
doorverwijzing naar de correctionele rechtbank

De zaak zal gepleit worden op de zitting van dinsdag 04.10.2016 om 9u voor de Correctionele Rechtbank West-Vlaanderen, afdeling Brugge, 14de kamer, zetelend met 1 rechter.

Ik zal niet aanwezig zijn op de zitting van 04.10.2016 in aanmerking genomen dat een correctionele rechtbank niet bevoegd is in mijn zaak.
Mocht ik een misdrijf gepleegd hebben dan is het een drukpersmisdrijf en moet dit door het hof van assisen behandeld worden.
 
Op de zitting van een rechtszaak is het wapen (indien gevonden) aanwezig.
Ik eis dan ook dat op de zitting van 04.10.2016 de inhoud van mijn blog/website op groot scherm geprojecteerd wordt.
Dit is namelijk het bewijs dat ik wel degelijk journalist ben die journalistieke arbeid verricht,
en tot op heden zowel politie, parket als rechters mijn burgerrechten geschonden hebben.
 
Bij een veroordeling teken ik  meteen beroep aan.
