The Russell Tribunal on Palestine was a popular citizen-led tribunal which started in 2009 and ended in 2013. During sessions held in London, Barcelona, Cape Town, New York and Brussels, jury members, experts, witnesses and legal experts - among them Alice Walker, Roger Waters, Angela Davies and Desmond Tutu - addressed the violations of International Law committed by Israel against Palestinians and the role of third parties (EU, UN, USA, Corporations) in this.
