We Are Not Advertising Puppets:
A Retrospective Broadcast from Beta Earth

Art is the only justice. If you get nothing else from the album Beta Earth, get that. Money isn't justice, law isn't justice, your house, your car, your name brand clothes aren't justice, NO! Art is the only justice. It's the only thing worth protecting in this God forsaken capitalist ruin we call a country: this land was never your land, this land was never my land and it never will be. Culture does not define you, corporations cannot own you, and tradition is always out-dated and tainted from the beginning. All you have left as a human being is ART. And as such, Beta Earth will probably be the most defining recorded work of the new millennium because it does not seek to reprogram you. F**k the program, Beta Earth erases the program. After you listen, you have the choice to start back at zero, or, "...Get back to yo plastic dreams, in yo plastic world, one day soon it's all coming down."
So, what of the material we have amassed? What becomes of our "stuff"? Your stuff was never there. Rearrange the particles, look past the paint and the inter-working pieces, smash your TV, mp3, and your computer and what do you have left? Trash, junk, and rubble. Everything you have, everything you own is one disaster or two away from becoming nothing. If it can become "nothing" then it never was "anything", just a distraction, just a tool to buy your submission, an illusion. Let's call all of this useless material "Illusions in the Sun". This is where Beta Earth begins.
Beta Earth is the ultimate diss album to anyone who considers any kind of art a "brand".Our creative universe has no place in your profit system. Let them, the artist be free to express this, or have them doomed to be slaves to a society that doesn't give s**t about art, love, or devotion.
Let go, be free. Travel to the "Edge of the World" with us, Starz Society. We mean only the best for you. We are not for the propaganda tools of old, the boastful nature of the weak and simple minded, we are profiles of horror, guilt, and the resilience to go on as everything around you conspires to keep you blissfully unaware, asleep to your own potential.
This album is a look back at a scattered past, and the way to a new light, a new hope. Beta Earth is the most defining piece of art detailing the internal revolution, the journey inward. We are not for the revolutions of old, for capturing the minds of our generation to have them march on any frontlines as paid soldiers, cheering and screaming, preaching and prancing. No, f**k that!! Have us as we are: creative entities, allies of this new age. Stand beside us, let us figure this thing out together; and if this thing called our existence has no point, has no solution, then let us be lost together. Because even then, we will have music to dance to, and art to inspire us. Let us create our own way, free from the dictatorship of a mainstream that is willing to pervert everything we love, in the name of profit and fortune. If you get nothing else from the album Beta Earth, get this: ART IS THE ONLY JUSTICE.
