The Cinematic Culinary Up-Cycling Dinner- 19 of May

By Mariavittoria Scala / eventbrite.co.uk

For all of you living in London The Dinner Exchange East is organising another dinner with recycled food at the Russet on the 19 of May.

A night during which rescued organic vegetable surplus is magically transformed into a delicious 4-course vegan meal, prepared with organic and fair trade products.

During the night, they will present their new initiative  “Food Waste Film Nights”, monthly events centered on debating the issue of food waste following the screening of a documentary on the topic.

The Russet, 17 Armhurst Terrace, E8 2BT.

Bookings through Eventbrite. £20 suggested donation (including £5 booking fee).

The Dinner Exchange East is an open collective, consisting of people who care about food. We gather around the idea of  questioning food waste and food distribution in the UK. We enjoy organising lavish and experiential culinary up-cycling dinners with the aim of rethinking  the value ascribed to food.
