What a Way to Go: life at the end of empire - Monday Nov. 5th

By Films For Action / filmsforaction.org

Described by Jan Lundberg at www.CultureChange.org as “perhaps the most important media message of our time”, What a Way to Go, features interviews with Daniel Quinn, Derrick Jensen, Jerry Mander, Richard Heinberg, William Catton, Paul Roberts, Chellis Glendinning, Thomas Berry, Richard Manning and Ran Prieur.

Released this year, the creative non-fiction documentary looks head on at our present global predicament, as oil depletion, climate change, species extinction and population overshoot converge in a "perfect storm" of cataclysmic proportions.

Many people who have had a chance to get a sneak-preview of the film has said that it will be the best film we'll have shown yet. It's the whole enchilada. The 'big picture" perspective. The great melting ice cream cone in the sky. It's one of those films that you either want to go on about for hours or simply recommend with a wink and a nod. We'll choose the latter. Trust us, you just want to see it. So tell all your friends. Spread the word. We look forward to seeing you on the 5th.
