In 2012, 45% of all Indiana incarcerations were due to minor technical rules violations (TRVs), not new crimes. In Marion County, that percent is even higher with 71% of those on probation or parole being incarcerated due to TRVs. Hear from three former prisoners and other speakers, including Professor Susan Hyatt, in a presentation about the impact of TRVs in our community.

Presented by RecycleForce and IUPUI, IU School of Liberal Arts, Dept. of Anthropology. 317-532-1367 ortgray@recycleforce.org.
