The theme re:Connect is inspired by Reconnecting to Our Waterways, a grassroots movement to leverage our waterways to strengthen neighborhoods and trigger opportunities for engaging with nature, our waterways, and each other. Scroll down to see the finalists and their ideas.

Presented by Big Car, bringing art to people and people to art, sparking creativity in lives to transform communities.  As an adaptive and flexible cultural organization, Big Car draws together people of all backgrounds to promote and perpetuate creativity, invigorate public places, and support better neighborhoods.
