The next worldwide March Against Monsanto will take place on Saturday May 24th, 2014 and in Indianapolis and accompany the event GROW LOCAL ROOTS! from 2:00 pm - 4:00 pm at The Indianapolis City Market Plaza and Stage, located at 222 East Market Street, Indianapolis IN 46204 ( Northeast corner of N Delaware St. and E Market St.) GROW LOCAL ROOTS! is an Event to Educate and Increase Awareness, and connect consumers to LOCAL RESOURCES. With special focus on Local, Non-GMO, Organic, and Sustainably produced Foods and also supporting other likeminded Local Initiatives, Local Organizations, and Local Businesses. The Event will include an Information Fair and Marketplace sponsored by Indy Holistic Hub, Keynote speakers, and Live Music on the City Market Plaza Stage. The event will include a March Against Monsanto rally and demonstration will conclude with the “March" Against Monsanto leaving from The City Market at 4:00 pm and marching to the Statehouse and returning to The City Market. Free parking located in the lot on the northeast corner of Market and Alabama.
