    Your Facilitators: 

    Angela Capretti is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor working in private practice providing counseling for adults & children, individuals & couples. Angie is a Local Food Advocate, Organizer of March Against Monsanto in Indianapolis, and Founder of Indianapolis Action Group. She is also a board member for Evoke Art & Media.


    Carla Hall is trained in Eastern/Western nutrition and holistic health.  She's founder of grounded in nourishment.  She graduated from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition as a Certified Holistic Nutrition Coach in 2011.  She is board-certified by the American Association of Drugless Practitioners.  She's also a Certified Life Empowerment Coach, a Certified Food & Spirit Practitioner and has trained in the Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction program, founded by Jon Kabat-Zinn.  She soon will complete the requirements to be a teacher for the Mindfulness Based Eating Awareness Training.

    Claire Jackoway is an Occupational Therapist by profession. She spent 20 years in corporate healthcare delivering therapy services to people at the end stages of their lives. In the last few years she has become interested in how emotions affect health and healing. Because she wanted to pursue these interests, she entered into private practice in early 2013. She has received training in Craniosacral Therapy, Emotional Freedom Technique and Reiki, treatment modalities designed to treat the whole person. It is her mission to help people access their intuition to promote physical, emotional, mental and spiritual healing.
