Na de politie moet ik nu ook vaststellen dat het gerecht bevolkt wordt door fossielen met een gedachtegoed uit de vorige eeuw.

Is het omwille van hun machtspositie dat er op zo'n arrogante en kortzichtige attitude berecht wordt?

en niet aangevinkt (dus ik laat niet toe dat de video gedownload wordt): What can people do with this video?

De verweerder heeft daarmee tot op heden een eenmalige handeling volbracht tot betrekking van deze video.

Het is dus aan eiser om de verantwoordelijken die foto's van de video plaatsen waarop eiser herkenbaar afgebeeld staat te dagvaarden in kort geding.
En het is aan eiser om de verantwoordelijken die door middel van één van de tientallen gratis programma's mijn video gedownload hebben te dagvaarden in kort geding.

Had de rechter de besluiten van mijn raadsman ingekeken in plaats van enkel mij te veroordelen op basis van de conclusies neergelegd door de raadsman van de concluante dan had hij ingezien dat punt 2 niet relevant is om reden van:
VIMEO is een videosite (ook wel aangeduid als videowebsite of video-uploadwebsite) is een website waarnaar gebruikers videoclips kunnen verzenden die online te bekijken zijn door een breed publiek. Videoclips die gepubliceerd worden via een dergelijke site worden over het algemeen aangeduid als webvideo.
