March 2015 marks the 30th anniversary of the end of the 1984/5 miners’ strike, a defining event in industrial relations in Britain the legacy of which we are living through today. This event celebrates miners and their struggles from around the world, with short films and discussion of the history of miners strikes in Britain as well as America, Spain and South Africa and elsewhere.
